AHP-CRITIC综合加权法联用正交试验优选蜜玉竹炮制工艺及颜色相关性分析OA
Optimization of honey-processing technology for Radix Polygonati Officinalis and color-component correlation analysis using an AHP-CRITIC weighted orthogonal test design
目的 优选蜜玉竹炮制工艺,探究玉竹蜜制过程中指标成分与颜色的相关性.方法 以玉竹总多糖、总皂苷、醇溶性浸出物、5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)和外观性状为评价指标,对玉竹蜜制过程中加蜜量、蒸制时间以及干燥温度进行考察,采用AHP-CRITIC复合加权评分法确定各指标的综合权重系数,结合单因素实验和正交试验优选最佳蜜玉竹炮制工艺.采用SPSS25.0软件,对指标成分和色度值进行相关性分析,从而建立相应的回归模型.结果 蜜玉竹的最佳炮制工艺为每100 g的玉竹饮片,加15%的炼蜜,100℃蒸制10 h,60℃干燥至含水量<16%.验证试验综合评分的RSD值为0.73%.相关性结果可知,指标成分与色度值存在一定的相关性,与L*、a*、b*的关联大,与E*的关联小.结论 AHP-CRITIC法结合正交试验优选的蜜玉竹炮制工艺稳定可行,指标成分与色度值具有显著相关性,可为蜜玉竹的炮制规范化及质量评价提供参考.
Objective To optimize the honey-processing technology for Radix Polygonati Officinalis and to investigate the correlation between its key chemical components and color parameters during processing.Methods Using total polysaccharides,total saponins,alcohol-soluble extract,5-hydroxymethylfurfural(5-HMF)content,and macroscopic characteristics as evaluation indices,we investi-gated the effects of honey amount,steaming duration,and drying temperature.An integrated weighting method combining the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and criteria importance through intercriteria correlation(CRITIC)was employed to determine comprehensive weight coefficients for each index.These coefficients were then used in conjunction with single-factor and orthogonal array tests to opti-mize the processing parameters.Correlation and regression analyses between the component indices and colorimetric values(L*,a*,b*,E*)were performed using SPSS 25.0.Results The optimal honey-processing parameters were determined as follows:for every 100 g of sliced Radix Polygonati Officinalis,mix with 15%(w/w)refined honey,steam at 100℃ for 10 hours,and then dry at 60℃ until the moisture content falls below 16%.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of the comprehensive score in the validation test was 0.73%.Correlation analysis revealed significant correlations between the chemical components and the color parameters L,a,and b,but only a weak correlation with the total color difference(E*).Conclusion The processing technology optimized by the AHP-CRITIC weighted orthogonal test is stable and feasible.The significant correlations established between the key chemical components and color values can serve as a valuable reference for standardizing the honey-processing of Radix Polygonati Officinalis,and for developing objective quality assessment criteria.
