"双减"背景下小学教师作业设计质量的影响因素与应对策略OA

Homework serves as a vital component of school educational administration and a necessary supplement to classroom instruction.Enhancing homework design quality can simulta-neously advance the"Double Reduction"policy and elevate educational teaching standards.This study adopts a qualitative research approach to deeply explore the factors influencing the quality of homework design by elementary school teachers under the"Double Reduction"policy.Find-ings reveal that the quality of homework design is affected by regional policies,teaching research support,school mechanisms,and individual perceptions.Moreover,contradictions and conflicts exist among these factors at different levels.Teachers' dilemma in making choices amid these in-tertwined factors directly constrains the improvement of homework design quality.To enhance homework design quality,efforts should focus on strengthening planning and layout,driving man-agement training,and improving implementation capabilities.This requires building an ecosystem centered on"policy guidance—professional development empowerment—school collaboration—individual innovation,"ultimately achieving the educational goal of"reducing burden without compromising quality."
