冷圈套息肉切除术的安全性及有效性的影响因素OA

Objective To explore the influencing factors of immediate post-polypectomy bleeding(IPPB)and complete resection rate in the treatment of colorectal sessile micropolyps with cold snare polypectomy.Methods A total of 421 patients with colorectal sessile micro-polyps who underwent CSP in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2024 were enrolled,with a total of 809 polyps treated by CSP.The main indicators were IPPB rate and complete resection rate,the secondary indicators were polyp location,surgical experience,polyp type,hospitalization,polyp size,operation time,intestinal BBPS score,etc.Results In this study,the complete resection rate of CSP was96.17%,the incomplete resection rate was3.83%,the recurrence rate was 0.76%(3/397)and the IPPB rate was3.21%.Univariate analysis showed that IPPB was significantly related to polyp size and operation time(P＜0.05).Multivariate regression analysis showed that polyp size was the only independent risk factor for IPPB.The com-plete resection rate was significantly affected by doctor's experience,operation time and polyp size(P＜0.05).Multivariate regres-sion analysis confirmed that surgical experience of operators,operation time and polyp size were independent risk factors for the complete resection rate.Conclusion The IPPB rate of CSP in the treatment of colorectal sessile micropolyps is related to the polyp size,the complete resection rate is related to the doctor's experience,operation time and polyp size.
