精准分析动车组轴盘连接螺栓运行过程承载规律,建立模拟牵引和制动工况的轴盘螺栓承载理论模型,提出轴盘连接螺栓加速旋转和制动过程动态承载规律测试的台架试验和仿真模拟方法.试验测试和仿真结果表明,轴盘加速旋转状态螺栓承受纯弯曲载荷且载荷随速度增加而增大;制动状态下螺栓承受轴向拉伸载荷、径向弯曲载荷和周向弯曲载荷,且载荷随制动初速度、制动温升的增加而增大.

To accurately analyze the load-bearing behavior of axle disc bolts during operation,a theoretical model was established to simulate traction and braking conditions.A combined bench test and simulation method was proposed to investigate the dynamic load-bearing behavior of axle disc bolts during acceleration and braking.Both experimental and simulation results indicate that,during accelerated rotation,the bolts are subjected to pure bending loads,which increase with rotational speed.Under braking conditions,the bolts experience axial tensile loads,as well as radial and circumferential bending loads,all of which increase with the increase of initial braking speed and temperature during braking.
