Robustness Assessment of Multimodal Public Transport Systems Based on Dynamic User Equilibrium

针对传统用户均衡对容量上限不敏感的局限性,引入饱和度阈值和惩罚系数,提出了一种改进的动态用户均衡模型.基于轨道交通‒常规公交的多模式网络建模,通过广义出行成本、站点职住量和交通流量等指标量化网络性能,测试需求水平、饱和度阈值与惩罚系数的参数敏感性,评估了公交网络在不同故障模式下的响应特性.仿真结果表明,所提方法在不同条件下能有效评估网络鲁棒性,识别多模式公交网络的关键节点和路段.

To address the limitation that traditional user equilibrium is insensitive to upper capacity limits,a saturation threshold and a penalty coefficient are introduced,resulting in an improved dynamic user equilibrium model.A bi-level metro-bus public transit network framework is established,with network performance quantified using metrics such as generalized travel cost,station-based employment and residence density,and traffic flow distribution.Parameter sensitivity analyses are conducted on demand levels,the saturation threshold,and the penalty coefficient,followed by evaluation of transit network responses under various failure scenarios.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively evaluate network robustness and identify critical nodes and links in a multi-modal public transit network under various conditions.
