Research on Digital Intelligent Assessment Platform for Charging Station Siting
充电设施快速发展背景下,选址需由单一成本优化向多目标综合决策转变.针对传统模型在目的地充电场景局限,研究构建了融合多源时空数据的四维量化评估模型,并开发相应数智化平台.模型涵盖"场景价值""动态竞争""工程约束""网络协同"四个维度,结合"线上智能初筛+线下专业复核"的人机混合决策流程,推动选址模式从"经验驱动"转向"数据驱动".经超过360个站点实证验证,该平台显著提升了选址效率与投资回报,为具有网络效应的充电设施等实体服务场所选址提供了通用的数智化评估方法.
In the context of rapid development of charging stations,site selection needs to shift from single-cost optimization to multi-objective decision-making.To address the limitations of traditional models in"destination charging"scenarios,this study has constructed a four-dimensional quantitative assessment model integrating multi-source spatiotemporal data and has developed a corresponding digital platform.The model covers four dimensions:"scene value","dynamic competition","engineering constraints",and"network synergy".Combined with a human-machine mixed decision-making process of"online intelligent screening and offline professional review",the model promotes the shift of site selection from"experience-driven"to"data-driven".Through empirical validation of more than 360 sites,the platform has significantly improved site selection efficiency and return on investment,providing a universal digital method for site selection of physical services with network effects,such as charging facilities.
