高含铁清罐原油脱铁净化技术的工业实践OA
Industrial Application of Iron Removal and Purification Technology for High-Iron-Content Crude Oil Generated during Tank Cleaning
针对某企业储油罐机械清洗产生的高含铁污油处理难题,介绍了某SOTU(Slop Oil Treatment Unit)技术的工业应用.相较于传统掺炼工艺易导致的催化剂金属中毒、设备腐蚀等问题,SOTU技术成功实现了高含铁污油中铁杂质的高效脱除与油—水—固三相的高效分离.工业应用结果表明:经该技术处理后,净化油含水<0.9%、灰分<0.1%,满足直接回炼要求;分离水含油<110 mg/L,达到污水处理标准;固渣含水<21%,进行委外处置.其中,净化油的铁脱除率>75%,系统年综合经济效益>1 000万元.该技术为炼厂污油资源化处理提供了可靠解决方案.
The industrial application of the SOTU(Slop Oil Treatment Unit)technology is introduced to solve the challenge of high-iron-content slop oil generated during mechanical cleaning of storage tanks in an enterprise.Compared with the problems of catalyst metal poisoning and equipment corrosion caused by conventional direct blending methods,SOTU technology enables efficient removal of iron impurities and effective three-phase separation of oil,water,and solids.Industrial implementation results demonstrate that the treated oil contains less than 0.9%water and less than 0.1%ash,making it suitable for direct re-refining.The oil concentration in the separated wastewater is below 110 mg/L,complying with municipal sewage discharge standards.The solid residue has a moisture content of less than 21%and is designated for off-site disposal.The iron removal efficiency exceeds 75%,yielding an annual comprehensive economic benefit of over 10 million yuan.This technology provides a reliable and economically viable solution for the resource recovery and treatment of waste oil in petroleum refining facilities.
