食叶草蛋白的提取工艺优化及对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和经济效益的影响OA
Optimization of Extraction Process of Edible Dock Protein and Its Effects on Growth Performance,Slaughter Performance and Economic Benefits in Broilers
试验旨在研究食叶草蛋白的提取工艺和对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及经济效益的影响.试验以食叶草为原料,采用响应面试验优化以[AOC/异辛烷]为体系的反胶束萃取工艺.同时,试验选择21日龄的爱拔益加(AA)商品代白羽肉鸡400只,随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复10只肉鸡.对照组(A组)饲喂基础饲粮,其余3组在基础饲粮中分别添加食叶草蛋白1 000(B组)、2 000 mg/kg(C组)和4 000 mg/kg(D组),预试期7 d,正试期21 d.结果表明:①食叶草蛋白的最佳提取工艺条件为氯化钾(KCl)浓度1.6 mol/L、pH 7.2、提取温度39℃,此条件下,食叶草蛋白提取率为63.34%.②与A组相比,C、D组肉鸡的终末体重显著增加(P<0.05),B组增加不显著(P>0.05);C、D组的ADG显著提高(P<0.05),B组提高不显著(P>0.05);C、D组的F/G显著降低(P<0.05),B组降低不显著(P>0.05).③与A组相比,C、D组试验肉鸡的屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率和腿肌率均显著提高(P<0.05),B组提高不显著(P>0.05).④根据饲料市场价格、肉鸡销售价格和食叶草蛋白的价格,由经济效益公式计算得出,与A组相比,B、C、D组的肉鸡养殖利润分别提高9.79%、16.49%和15.46%.上述结果表明,食叶草蛋白能提高肉鸡的生长性能、屠宰性能和经济效益.
The experiment aims to study the extraction process of edible dock protein and its effects on broiler growth performance,slaughter performance,and economic benefits.The experiment used edible dock as raw material and optimized the reverse micellar extraction process with[AOC/iso octane]as the system using response surface methodology.At the same time,400 Arbor Acres(AA)commercial white feathered broiler chickens aged 21 d were selected for the experiment and randomly divided into 4 groups,with 10 replicates in each group and 10 broiler chickens in each replicate.The control group(group A)was fed a basal diet,while the other three groups were supplemented with edible dock protein at 1 000(group B),2 000 mg/kg(group C),and 4 000 mg/kg(group D),respectively.The pre-trial period lasted 7 days,followed by a 21-day formal trial.Results showed that:① the optimal extraction conditions for edible dock pro-tein were:KCl concentration 1.6 mol/L,pH 7.2,extraction temperature 39℃,under these conditions,the extraction rate of edible dock protein was 63.34%.② Compared with the control group,the final body weight was significantly increased in groups C and D(P<0.05),while the increase in group B was not significant;the average daily gain(ADG)was significantly improved in groups C and D(P<0.05),while the increase in group B was not significant;F/G was signifi-cantly reduced in groups C and D(P<0.05),while the decrease in group B was not significant.③ Compared with the control group,groups C and D exhibited significantly improved slaughter rate,semi-eviscerated yield,eviscerated yield,breast muscle rate,and thigh muscle rate(P<0.05),while the improvement in group B was not significant.④ According to the market price of feed,the sales price of broiler chickens,and the price of edible dock protein,calculated by the economic benefit formula,compared with the control group,the breeding profits of broiler chickens in groups B,C,and D increased by 9.79%,16.49%and 15.46%,respectively.The above results indicate that edible dock protein can improve the growth performance,slaughter performance,and economic benefits of broiler chickens.
