苍术提取物对生长育肥猪生长性能、肉品质及抗氧化功能的影响OA
Effects of Atractylodes lancea Extract on Growth Performance,Meat Quality and Antioxidant Function of Growing-Finishing Pigs
试验旨在探究苍术提取物(AE)对生长育肥猪生长性能、肉品质及抗氧化功能的影响.选取体重为(41.16±1.47)kg的杜×长×大三元杂交生长育肥猪100头,分为CON组和AE组,每组5个重复,每个重复10头猪.CON组饲喂基础饲粮,AE组饲喂基础饲粮+200 mg/kg AE,试验期98 d.结果显示:①与CON组相比,AE组育肥猪的终末体重(FBW)与平均日增重(ADG)显著提高(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)显著降低(P<0.05).②与CON组相比,AE组生长育肥猪的屠宰前体重和胴体重显著升高(P<0.05),背膘厚度显著降低(P<0.05).③与CON组相比,AE组生长育肥猪背最长肌的pH45 min和pH48 h显著提高(P<0.05),pH24 h显著降低(P<0.05);背最长肌滴水损失与24 h剪切力显著降低(P<0.05).④与CON组相比,AE组生长育肥猪背最长肌中油酸和花生四烯酸比例均显著提高(P<0.05),天冬氨酸、谷氨酸和丙氨酸含量均显著提高(P<0.05),亮氨酸含量显著降低(P<0.05).⑤与CON组相比,AE组生长育肥猪血清、肝脏组织和背最长肌组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化力(T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均显著升高(P<0.05).综上所述,饲粮添加200 mg/kg AE能够改善生长育肥猪生长性能、肉品质,并增强抗氧化功能.
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of Atractylodes lancea extract(AE)on the growth performance,meat quality and antioxidant function of growing-finishing pigs.One hundred Duroc×Land-race×Yorkshire growing-finishing pigs with a body weight of(41.16±1.47)kg were selected and divided into CON group and AE group,with five replicates in each group and 10 pigs in each replicate.The CON group was fed the basal diet,while the AE group was fed the basal diet+200 mg/kg AE.The experimental period was 98 d.The results showed that:① compared with the CON group,the final body weight(FBW)and aver-age daily gain(ADG)of the growing-finishing pigs in the AE group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)was significantly decreased(P<0.05).② Compared with the CON group,the slaughter weight and carcass weight of the growing-finishing pigs in the AE group were sig-nificantly increased,and the backfat thickness was significantly decreased(P<0.05).③ Compared with the CON group,the pH45 min and pH48 h of the longissimus dorsi muscle of the growing-finishing pigs in the AE group were significantly increased,and the pH24 h was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the drip loss and 24 h shear force of the lon-gissimus dorsi muscle were significantly decreased(P<0.05).④ Compared with the CON group,the propor-tions of oleic acid and arachidonic acid in the longissimus dorsi muscle of the growing-finishing pigs in the AE group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the contents of aspartic acid,glutamic acid and alanine were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the content of leucine was significantly decreased(P<0.05).⑤ Compared with the CON group,the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the serum,liver tissue and lon-gissimus dorsi muscle tissue of the growing-finishing pigs in the AE group was significantly decreased,and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and catalase(CAT)were significantly increased(P<0.05).The addition of 200 mg/kg AE to the diet can improve the growth performance,meat quality and antioxidant function of growing-finishing pigs.
