针对国产大规模连续重整装置在大型化试车中的技术难点,该文以某公司3.1 Mt/a超低压连续重整装置为研究对象,对反再系统热态考核的准备工作与试车过程进行系统研究,并深入剖析了考核过程中出现的还原电加热器流量不足、再生气碱洗混合器填料脱落等关键问题的成因及针对性解决方案.通过热态考核,检验反应系统高温设备位移量与设计的一致性,同时针对同类装置存在的问题,实施了转油线保温材料优化、催化剂管道系统设计改进等优化举措,为同类连续重整装置大型化施工管理和试车提供了经验,也为后续装置长周期平稳运行奠定了基础.
Addressing the technical challenges faced by domestically produced large-scale continuous reforming units during large-scale commissioning,this article takes a 3.1Mt/a ultra-low pressure continuous reforming unit from a certain company as the research subject.It conducts a systematic study on the preparation work and commissioning process of the hot state assessment of the reaction-regeneration system.It also elaborates on the process flow,technical parameters,and control points of the hot state assessment.Furthermore,it deeply analyzes the causes and targeted solutions to key issues that arose during the assessment process,such as insufficient flow of the reduction electric heater and packing falling off in the regeneration gas alkali scrubber mixer.Through the hot state assessment,the consistency between the displacement of high-temperature equipment in the reaction system and its design is verified.Meanwhile,in response to issues encountered in similar units,optimization measures such as improving the insulation materials of the transfer line and enhancing the design of the catalyst pipeline system are implemented.This provides experience for the large-scale construction management and commissioning of similar continuous reforming units and lays a foundation for the long-term stable operation of subsequent units.
