高海拔环境列车车顶绝缘子闪络特性研究OA

Research on Flashover Characteristics of Train Roof Insulators at High Altitudes

[目的]车顶绝缘子是保障动车组列车安全运行的关键设备.当列车运行至高海拔地区时,车顶绝缘子完全暴露在大气中,受低气压和自然污秽等环境因素的影响,其绝缘性能显著降低,威胁列车行车安全.[方法]为此,利用人工气候室试验研究 498~5 000 m 高海拔低气压环境下 4 种类型车顶绝缘子的交流闪络特性.[结果]结果表明:4 种车顶绝缘子污闪电压气压特征指数 n 分别为 0.748、0.786、0.719 和 0.698.相较于线路绝缘子,车顶绝缘子在低气压下更容易发生飘弧,电弧易在伞裙间跨接形成空气间隙电弧,车顶绝缘子的 n 值更大.海拔每升高 1 km,试验车顶绝缘子的耐受电压分别下降 8.98%、9.43%、8.63%和 8.38%.[结论]研究成果可为高原铁路列车车顶绝缘子设计和配量提供技术参考.

[Objective]Roof insulators are key devices for ensuring the safe operation of electric multiple units.When trains operate in high-altitude regions,the roof insulators are completely exposed to the atmosphere,and their insulation performance is significantly reduced due to environmental factors such as low air pressure and natural pollution,threatening operational safety.[Methods]Therefore,the alternating current(AC)flashover characteristics of four types of roof insulators under high-altitude low-air-pressure conditions ranging from 498 m to 5 000 m were investigated using artificial climate chamber tests.[Results]The results showed that the air pressure characteristic indices n under the pollution flashover voltage for the four types of roof insulators were 0.748,0.786,0.719,and 0.698,respectively.Compared with line insulators,roof insulators were more prone to arc drifting under low air pressure,and the arc easily bridged between sheds to form an air-gap arc,resulting in larger n values for roof insulators.For every 1 km increase in altitude,the withstand voltage of the tested roof insulators decreased by about 8.98%,9.43%,8.63%,and 8.38%,respectively.[Conclusion]The research findings can provide technical references for the design and configuration of roof insulators for high-altitude railway trains.
