芳烃抽提装置换热器长周期运行分析OA
Analysis of Long Period Operation of Heat Exchanger in Aromatics Extraction Unit
某石化以重整脱戊烷油中C6~C7馏分为原料的芳烃抽提装置换热器,在运行过程中频繁出现管束泄漏及结垢等问题.为保证芳烃抽提装置换热器长周期运行,分析发现换热器长周期运行受进料中氯离子和溴指数、系统氧含量和水含量、溶剂高温分解、管束振动等因素影响.针对以上影响因素,分别制定了增上脱氯脱烯烃设施、优化系统补水和置换、控制水平衡和水含量、加强溶剂再生塔排渣、设置溶剂再生设施、换热器材质升级、优化换热器结构和选型、增设防震杆、优化支持板设置、合理设置内插式换热器固定方式等措施.通过持续优化工艺控制措施和改进设备材质及结构,目前芳烃抽提装置换热器已连续运行4年,未发生管束泄漏及结垢问题.通过优化工艺运行条件和设备材质及结构进行综合治理,可保证芳烃抽提装置换热器长周期运行.
In a petrochemical plant,the heat exchangers of the aromatics extraction unit,which uses the C6~C7 in reformated depentanized oil as feedstock,frequently experienced problems such as tube bundle leakage and fouling during operation,preventing long-cycle operation.To ensure the long-cycle operation of the heat exchangers in the aromatics extraction unit,an analysis of the causes is conducted.It is found that the long-cycle operation of the heat exchangers is affected by the chloride ions and bromine index in the feedstock,oxygen and water content in the system,solvent high-temperature decomposition,tube bundle vibration and other factors.In response to the above influencing factors,measures are formulated,including adding dechlorination and olefin removal facilities,optimizing system water make-up and purging,controlling water balance and content,strengthening solvent regeneration tower sludge discharge,setting up solvent regeneration facilities,upgrading heat exchanger materials,optimizing heat exchanger structure and selection,adding anti-vibration rods,optimizing support plate settings,and reasonably setting the fixing method of internal heat exchangers.Through the continuous optimization and improvement of process control measures and equipment materials and structures,the heat exchanger of the aromatics extraction unit have currently operated continuously for 4 years without tube bundle leakage or structural issues.The long-cycle operation of the aromatics extraction unit heat exchange can be achieved through comprehensive management by optimizing process operating conditions and equipment materials and structures to ensure their long-cycle operation.
