益生菌发酵中草药制剂对肉羊生长性能、免疫力、抗氧化能力的影响OA
Effects of Probiotic-Fermented Herbal Preparation on Growth Performance,Immune Function and Antioxidant Capacity in Meat Sheep
试验旨在探索益生菌发酵中草药制剂在肉羊生长性能、免疫功能及抗氧化能力方面所产生的影响,试验选取48只,体重为(20.17±2.00)kg的健康湖羊公羊,每组12只羊.随机分为4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮;中草药组饲喂基础日粮+1%中草药的日粮;益生菌组饲喂基础日粮+0.2%复合益生菌制剂的日粮;益生菌发酵中草药制剂组饲喂基础日粮+0.2%益生菌发酵中草药制剂的日粮.结果显示:与对照组相比,益生菌发酵中草药制剂组的平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05),但平均日采食量无显著差异(P>0.05);此外,益生菌发酵中草药制剂组的血清总蛋白、白蛋白、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M含量显著增加(P<0.05),总抗氧化能力和超氧化物歧化酶活性较对照组显著提高(P<0.05).综上,益生菌发酵中草药制剂可显著改善肉羊生长性能,增强免疫功能并提升抗氧化能力.
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of probiotic-fermented Chinese herbal medi-cine(CHM)preparation on growth performance,immune function,and antioxidant capacity in meat sheep.A total of 48 healthy male Hu lambs with an initial body weight of(20.17±2.00)kg were randomly allocated into four groups(n=12 per group):the control group(basal diet),the CHM group(basal diet supplemented with 1%CHM),the probiotic group(basal diet supplemented with 0.2%compound probiotic preparation),and the probiotic-fermented CHM group(basal diet supplemented with 0.2%probiotic-fermented CHM preparation).The results showed that,compared with the control group,the probiotic-fermented CHM group exhibited significantly higher average daily gain(P<0.05)and lower feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)(P<0.05),whereas no significant difference was observed in average daily feed intake(P>0.05).Additionally,the probiotic-fermented CHM group demonstrated significantly increased serum concentrations of total protein,albumin,and immunoglobulins G and immuno globulins M(P<0.05),as well as markedly enhanced total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity compared with the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation with probiotic-fermented CHM preparation significantly improved growth performance,enhanced immune function,and elevated antioxidant capacity in meat sheep.
