环氧氯丙烷生产工艺技术及发展前景分析OA

环氧氯丙烷(ECH)是一种重要的有机化工原料和精细化工中间体,广泛应用于环氧树脂、合成甘油、氯醇橡胶等领域.该文系统综述了四种工业化生产ECH的工艺技术:丙烯高温氯化法、醋酸丙烯酯法、甘油氯化法和氯丙烯直接氧化法,从工艺原理、技术经济性、环境影响、国内外发展现状及工业化应用等方面进行了详细对比分析.研究结果表明,传统丙烯高温氯化法工艺成熟但环境污染严重;醋酸丙烯酯法产品纯度高但经济性较差;甘油氯化法可利用可再生资源但成本受原料价格波动影响大;氯丙烯直接氧化法(双氧水法)具有原子经济性高、三废排放少、产品纯度高等突出优点,是未来ECH生产的主要发展方向.

Epichlorohydrin(ECH)is an important organic chemical raw material and fine chemical intermediate,which is widely used in epoxy resins,synthetic glycerol,chlorohydrin rubber and other fields.This paper systematically reviews four industrialized production processes of ECH:propylene high-temperature chlorination,propylene acetate,glycerol chlorination and allyl chloride direct oxidation.A detailed comparative analysis is conducted from the aspects of process principles,techno-economic performance,environmental impact,domestic and international development status,and industrial applications.The research results show that the traditional propylene high-temperature chlorination process is mature but causes serious environmental pollution;the propylene acetate process has high product purity but poor economic efficiency;the glycerol chlorination process can utilize renewable resources but the cost is greatly affected by raw material price fluctuations;the allyl chloride direct oxidation method(hydrogen peroxide method)has outstanding advantages such as high atomic economy,less waste emissions,and high product purity,and is the main development direction for ECH production in the future.
