试验旨在研究副干酪乳杆菌及酿酒酵母对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清炎性因子、粪便短链脂肪酸和微生物菌群的影响.选取28日龄断奶仔猪,体重为(8.10±1.25)kg的"长×大"二元杂断奶仔猪112头,公母各占1/2,随机分为4组,每组7个重复,每个重复4头仔猪,预试期3 d,正试期30 d.对照组饲喂基础饲粮(Con组),试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.2%、0.5%、0.8%副干酪乳杆菌及酿酒酵母(分别为PBs-1、PBs-2、PBs-3组).结果表明:各试验组末重、平均日增重(ADG)均显著高于Con组(P<0.05);PBs-2、PBs-3组料重比(F/G)、腹泻率显著低于Con组(P<0.05).各试验组血清炎性因子白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)含量显著低于Con组(P<0.05);PBs-1、PBs-2、PBs-3组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量显著低于Con组(P<0.05);各试验组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著低于Con组(P<0.05);PBs-2、PBs-3组白细胞介素10(IL-10)含量显著高于Con组(P<0.05).PBs-2、PBs-3组粪便中乙酸含量显著高于PBs-1组及Con组(P<0.05);各试验组粪便中丁酸显著高于Con组(P<0.05);PBs-2组粪便中总挥发性脂肪酸含量显著高于PBs-1、PBs-3组及Con组(P<0.05).各试验组Ace指数显著高于Con组(P<0.05);PBs-2、PBs-3组Chao指数显著高于PBs-1组及Con组(P<0.05).就菌群门水平而言,与Con组相比PBs-2、PBs-3组拟杆菌门相对丰度显著升高(P<0.05),各试验组梭杆菌门相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05);就菌群属水平而言,与Con组相比,PBs-2、PBs-3组乳杆菌属相对丰度显著升高(P<0.05),各试验组链球菌属显著降低(P<0.05),PBs-2组埃希氏菌属在所有组别中相对丰度最低.由此可见,饲粮中添加副干酪乳杆菌及酿酒酵母,能显著提高断奶仔猪生长性能、降低血清炎因子含量,增加粪便短链脂肪酸含量及粪便中微生物菌群的多样性,添加量为0.5%时效果最佳.

This experiment aims to investigate the effects of Lactobacillus paracasei and Saccharomyces cere-visiae on the growth performance,serum inflammatory factors,fecal short-chain fatty acids and microflora of weaned piglets.A total of 112 weaned piglets of"Landrace×Yorkshire crossbred"binary heterozygous weaned piglets weighing(8.10±1.25)kg at 28 d of age were selected,with an equal number of males and females.They were randomly divided into 4 groups with 7 replicates,4 piglets in each replicate,for a pre-test period of 3 d and a formal test period of 30 d.The control group was fed only the basal ration(Con group),and the experimental group were supplemented with 0.2%,0.5%,and 0.8%Lactobacillus paracasei and Saccharomyces cerevisiae to the basal ration(PBs-1 group,PBs-2 group,and PBs-3 group).The results showed that the end weight and average daily gain(ADG)of the test group were significantly higher than those of the Con group(P<0.05);the feed/gain ratio(F/G)and diarrhea rate of the PBs-2 and PBs-3 group were significantly lower than those of the Con group(P<0.05).The serum inflammatory factor interleukin-1β(IL-1β)content of the test group was significantly lower than that of the Con group(P<0.05);the interleukin-6(IL-6)content of the PBs-1,PBs-2,and PBs-3 group was significantly lower than that of the Con group(P<0.05);and the tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)content of the test group was significantly lower than that of the Con group(P<0.05);interleukin-10(IL-10)content was significantly higher in the PBs-2 and PBs-3 group than in the Con group(P<0.05);fecal acetic acid content was significantly higher in the PBs-2 and PBs-3 group than in the PBs-1 group and the Con group(P<0.05);fecal butyric acid was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the Con group(P<0.05);fecal total volatile fatty acid content was significantly higher than that of PBs-1,PBs-3 and Con group(P<0.05).The Ace index of the test group was significantly higher than that of the Con group(P<0.05);the Chao index of the PBs-2 and PBs-3 group was significantly higher than that of the PBs-1 and Con group(P<0.05).In terms of the level of bacterial phyla,the relative abundance of Bacteroidetes was significantly higher in the PBs-2 and PBs-3 group compared with the Con group(P<0.05),and the relative abundance of Fusobacteriota was significantly lower in the test group(P<0.05);in terms of the level of bacterial genera,relative abundance of Lactobacillus was signifi-cantly higher in the PBs-2 and PBs-3 group compared with the Con group(P<0.05),and the genus of Strep-tococcus was significantly lower in the test group(P<0.05),and Escherichia spp.in the PBs-2 group had the lowest relative abundance among all groups.It can be seen that Lactobacillus paracasei and Saccharomyces cerevisiae can significantly improve the growth performance of weaned piglets,reduce the content of serum inflammatory factors,increase the content of fecal short-chain fatty acids and the diversity of microflora in feces,and the best effect was achieved with the addition of 0.5%.
