A Study on the Integration of Cybersecurity and Green Low-Carbon Development
在"双碳"目标背景下,网络安全运营的能耗问题日益受到关注.该研究以某国企智库型研究机构为例,采用单案例研究法,构建"设备功率因数法"能耗测算模型,结合"安全—能耗"矩阵分析框架,对网络安全运营全过程进行能耗画像.研究发现,传统"全时段监控"模式与智库机构"低频高敏"业务特性存在错配,导致设备长期低负载运行,日常值守场景能耗占比逾八成,核心设备有效利用率不足10%,存在显著"能耗—效能倒挂现象".基于此,该研究构建"技术+管理+制度"三位一体绿色安全运营框架,提出态势感知平台分级休眠、日志数据分级存储、AI模型轻量化推理等优化措施,预计可实现核心安全设备能耗下降15%以上.研究成果为同类智库型机构平衡安全合规与能耗考核、推动网络安全运营绿色转型提供路径参考.
Under the backdrop of the"dual carbon"goals,the energy consumption issue in cybersecurity operations has drawn increasing attention.This study takes a think tank research institution of a state-owned enterprise as a case,employs a single-case study method,and constructs an energy consumption measurement model based on the"equipment power factor method"to depict the energy consumption profile of the entire cybersecurity operation process.The study finds that the traditional"full-time monitoring"mode is mismatched with the"low-frequency and high-sensitivity"business characteristics of the think tank institution,leading to long-term idling of equipment,with the energy consumption of daily on-duty operations accounting for over 80%,and the effective utilization rate of core equipment being less than 10%.Based on this,this study constructs a trinity framework of"technology,management and system"for green and secure operations,and proposes optimization measures such as hierarchical sleep for the situation awareness platform,graded storage of log data,and lightweight inference of AI models.It is estimated that the energy consumption of core security equipment can be reduced by more than 15%.The research findings provide a reference path for similar think tank institutions to balance security compliance and energy consumption assessment,and promote the green transformation of cybersecurity operations..
