纳米普鲁士蓝及其金属掺杂在抗肿瘤领域的研究进展OA
Recent advances in anti-tumor application of Prussian blue nanoparticles and their metal doping
普鲁士蓝作为被美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)批准的一种临床药物,具有良好的生物安全性.纳米普鲁士蓝(PB)因其优异的近红外(NIR)吸收性能、顺磁性及多样的类酶活性,且化学性质稳定、孔道尺寸可调控以及易功能化,而受到生物医药领域的广泛关注.综述了 PB在抗肿瘤研究领域中的应用,包括光热治疗(PTT)、药物递送、活性氧(ROS)调控以及活体成像等功能,并重点阐述了掺杂金属在提升光热效率、肿瘤微环境催化活性及多模式诊疗效率方面的作用与最新的研究进展.
Prussian blue(PB)has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration(FDA)as a clinical drug with good biosafety.PB nanoparticles have garnered significant attention in the field of biomedicine due to their strong near-infrared absorption,paramagnetism,various enzyme-like activities,stable chemical properties,tunable pore size,and ease of functionalization.This paper reviews the applications of PB nanoparticles in anti-tumor research,including photothermal therapy,drug delivery,regulation of reactive oxygen species,and in vivo imaging.Additionally,the review highlights the critical roles of metal-doped PB nanoparticles and their recent advancements in enhancing photothermal efficiency,catalytic activity within the tumor microenvironment,and the efficiency of multimodal diagnosis and therapy.
