中草药副产物在反刍动物生产中的饲料化应用OA

Chinese herbal by-products refer to the waste or by-products produced in the production process of Chinese traditional medicine,which not only contain protein,fiber,fat and other components with rich nutritional effects,but also rich in polysaccharides,flavonoids,alkaloids and other active substances,which have antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antiviral,antibacterial and other biological functions,and have little side effects and are not easy to produce drug resistance.It can alleviate the shortage of conventional feed,reduce environmental pollution and reduce breeding costs,and is a good"green"feed resource.The general situation,characteristics,active ingredients and effects,processing methods and application of Chinese herbal by-products in ruminant production were reviewed in this paper,in order to provide theoretical basis for rational and scientific utilization of Chinese herbal by-products.
