拔尖人才培养为目标的"双融双延"药理学实验改革探索OA
"Dual-integration and dual-extension"model oriented to top-notch talent cultivation:a reform exploration in the experi-mental teaching of pharmacology
药理学实验教学是培养学生创新思维与实践能力的关键环节.面向拔尖人才培养需求,教研室构建"双融双延"新型教学体系:以科教融合、医教融合为"双融"内核,将课程思政、最新科研成果与临床用药场景深度嵌入实验项目;以课堂向课外延伸、校内向继续深造与就业指导延伸为"双延"路径,通过混合式教学、虚拟仿真与探索性实验、多元形成性评价,实现学生全程、全方位、全链条创新能力培养.改革实施以来,学生获批国家级、省级科研项目及奖励26 项,以第一作者发表 SCI、核心期刊论文近20 篇,毕业生升入10 余所国内外知名高校继续深造.实践证明,"双融双延"模式有效贯通了科研训练、临床实践与职业发展,为高等医学教育培养拔尖创新人才提供了可复制、可推广的范例.
The experimental teaching of pharmacology plays a pivotal role in cultivating students'innovative thinking and practical abilities.To meet the demands of top-notch talent cultivation,the teaching team established a novel teaching system of"dual-integra-tion and dual-extension"."Dual-integration"internally combines science-education integration with medicine-education integra-tion;course-based ideological and political education elements,cutting-edge research,and clinical medication scenarios are embed-ded into experimental projects."Dual-extension"externally links in-class learning to extracurricular research activities and connects campus training with postgraduate mentoring and career guidance.Blended learning,virtual-simulation and inquiry-based experi-ments,together with multi-dimensional formative assessment,provide students with a full-cycle,all-round innovation capacity-build-ing experience.Since the implementation of the teaching reform,the students have secured 26 national and provincial research grants and awards,published nearly 20 SCI and core journal papers as first authors,and the graduates have been admitted to a dozen prestig-ious universities worldwide for advanced study.Practice demonstrates that the"dual-integration and dual-extension"model effectively integrates scientific training,clinical practice,and professional development,providing a replicable paradigm for the cultivation of out-standing innovative talents in higher medical education.
