水下无人集群平台搭载主动声呐在关键海域开展水下目标探测,是探测"安静型"目标的首选手段.但海洋环境噪声往往呈现典型的非平稳、异方差及强脉冲特性,令传统基于高斯噪声假设的参数估计方法性能下降.提出一种基于加权迭代 Lq 范数稀疏重构的目标回波时延估计方法,通过构建Lq(0<q≤1)范数损失函数替代常规 L2 范数约束,并耦合加权迭代矩阵,显著抑制了非平稳异质噪声和水声多径信道对时延参数精准获取的干扰.进一步,采用交替方向乘子法(ADMM)进行高效求解,在保证估计精度的同时满足无人平台对低复杂度算法的要求.仿真算例和海试数据表明:所提方法在真实水声多途与非平稳噪声环境中,可准确提取目标回波时延信息,为复杂水声环境水下弱目标探测提供了一种具有强抗干扰能力与高可靠性的时延估计新途径.

Employing unmanned underwater vehicle swarms equipped with active sonar to detect underwater targets in key maritime areas has become the preferred approach for locating"quiet"targets.However,ocean ambient noise often exhibits typical non-stationary,heteroscedastic,and impulsive characteristics,which degrade the performance of traditional parameter estimation methods based on Gaussian noise assumptions.To address this issue,this paper proposes a robust time-delay estimation method for target echoes based on weighted iterative sparse reconstruction with an Lq-norm constraint.By employing an Lq-norm loss function(0<q≤1)in place of the conventional L2-norm and integrating it with a weighted iterative matrix,the proposed technique effectively suppresses interference from non-stationary heterogeneous noise and multipath underwater acoustic channels,thereby enabling more accurate retrieval of time-delay parameters.An efficient solution is achieved via the alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM),ensuring estimation accuracy while meeting the requirements of low-complexity algorithm for unmanned platforms.Simulation results and sea-trial data demonstrate that the proposed method can accurately extract target echo time-delay information in realistic underwater acoustic environments characterized by multipath propagation and non-stationary noise,offering a reliable and interference-resistant approach for detecting weak underwater targets in complex underwater acoustic environment.
