小檗碱的理化性质及在畜禽生产中的应用进展OA

目前我国畜牧养殖行业已全面实施"禁抗"政策,绿色饲料资源开发已然成为行业研究的热点.小檗碱作为一种天然异喹啉类生物碱,从黄连、黄柏等药材中提取而来,具备抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、调节免疫等功能.其天然来源特性与低耐药性风险,符合无抗养殖需求.文章介绍了小檗碱的来源、理化性质及其在畜禽生产中的应用进展,以期为小檗碱在畜禽养殖业中的科学、合理应用提供参考.
China has fully implemented an"antibiotic-free policy"in the livestock and poultry breeding industry,making the development of green feed resources a hot research topic.Berberine,a natural isoquino-line alkaloid extracted from herbs such as Coptis chinensis and Phellodendron chinense,exhibits antimicro-bial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and immunomodulatory properties.Its natural origin and low risk of drug resistance align with the requirements of antibiotic-free farming.This paper introduces the sources,physicochemical properties and application progress of berberine in livestock and poultry production,aiming to provide a reference for its scientific and rational use in the animal husbandry industry.
