Practice and reform in the experimental teaching of medical microbiology driven by image reading competition

为提升临床专业学生医学微生物学实验课程的学习主动性与实践能力,契合新时代高素质医学人才培养要求,针对传统实验教学模式单一、学生参与度低、理论与临床脱节等问题,该研究以遵义医科大学临床专业2022 级学生为研究组、2021级为对照组,构建读片大赛驱动的实验教学模式.通过课堂融入竞赛专题与考点、建立过程性考核+读片技能考试的多元评价体系、搭建线上备赛平台,聚焦"以赛促学、以练促能"目标,推动学生从"被动接受"向"主动探究"转变.实践显示,研究组实验成绩(90.6±8.6)分、期末总成绩(81.2±11.8)分,均高于对照组(87.3±7.8、75±9.3,P<0.05);研究组139 名学生中,超90%的学生认可该模式提升学习兴趣、增进互动及深化知识应用;研究组9 名学生获全国读片大赛奖项.该模式可提升学生读片分析与临床思维能力,促进教学资源更新及质量提升,为基础医学实验课程改革提供实践路径.

There are problems of single teaching mode,insufficient student participation,and the disconnection between theory and clinical practice in traditional experimental teaching.To meet the requirements for the cultivation of high-quality medical talents in the new era,the authors established a teaching mode driven by image reading competitions for the experimental course of medical microbiol-ogy,aiming to improve the learning initiative and practical ability of clinical medical students.The authors conducted research in the students of clinical medicine,with the students of year 2022 as the experimental group and the students of year 2021 as the control group.The teaching team integrated competition content into experimental teaching,established a diversified evaluation system of"process assessment+image reading skill examination",and built an online preparation platform.The mode focuses on"promoting learning through competition and improving ability through practice",so that the students can inquire actively,instead of accepting pas-sively.The results showed that both the experimental score(90.6±8.6)and the final total score(81.2±11.8)of the experimental group are significantly higher than those of the control group(87.3±7.8,75±9.3,P<0.05),respectively.Among 139 students in the experimental group,more than 90%of them agree that this mode can improve their interest in learning,enhance interaction and deepen knowledge application;nine students won awards in the national image reading competition.This mode can improve students'analytical ability in image reading and their clinical thinking ability,promote the renewal of teaching resources,and improve teaching quality,providing a practical path to the reform in the experiment courses of basic medicine.
