基础医学消化系统整合课程改革的效果评估OA
Practice and effectiveness of teaching reform in the integrated course of the digestive system for the Basic Medical Program
该研究以北京大学八年制基础医学专业消化系统整合课程为对象,系统评估教学效果.课程涵盖从解剖到临床病理的完整知识体系,由多学科教师与临床病理医生共同授课.通过对106 名学生成绩分析和92 份问卷反馈发现:课程获广泛认可,在促进知识整合和提升自主学习能力方面成效显著.同时识别出教学难点,需进一步优化考核体系.据此提出针对性优化策略,包括加强高难度模块的可视化与案例教学、深化对科研—临床思维的评价等,为基础医学专业整合课程系统化建设提供实证依据.
The integrated course of digestive system,which is designed for the students of eight-year program of basic medical sci-ences at Peking University,is a complete knowledge system encompassing a range of foundational subjects from anatomy to clinical pa-thology,and it is jointly taught by a multidisciplinary team of faculty and clinical pathologists.This study systematically evaluates the teaching effectiveness of the integrated course.The authors analyzed the academic performance of 106 students and conducted a ques-tionnaire survey in 92 students;and the results showed that the course was widely recognized and demonstrated significant effectiveness in promoting knowledge integration and enhancing autonomous learning abilities.The study also identifies difficult points in teaching and the assessment system requires further optimization.The authors proposed targeted optimization strategies,including strengthening the visualization and case teaching of difficult modules,deepening the evaluation of scientific research and clinical thinking,etc.,provi-ding empirical evidence for the systematic construction of integrated courses of basic medicine.
