"病证—分子"贯通涵养中医思维的生物化学课程重构OA
Exploration on the integrated framework of"Disease-syndrome-Molecule"for the cultivation of TCM thinking in the course of biochemistry
生物化学作为现代医学的基石课程,在高等中医药院校人才培养体系中具有承前启后的关键作用.传统教学模式易陷入"重西轻中"或"中西割裂"的困境,难以有效支撑中西医结合卓越医师的培养目标.文章以南京中医药大学中西医结合临床医学专业(九年制灵素班)为实践载体,提出"病证—分子"双维贯通的教学改革理念.该理念以国家新医科建设与卓越医生教育培养计划为指引,深度挖掘生物化学知识体系与中医"病证"理论的内在关联,通过系统重构课程内容、创新教学方法、融入课程思政,构建从分子机制到中医辨证、从实验室数据到临床决策的贯通式学习路径.初步实践显示,该模式在夯实学生现代医学基础的同时,有助于培育其"衷中参西"的整合性临床思维,为培养兼具深厚中医底蕴与前沿科学视野的复合型医学人才提供了一种可借鉴的课程范式.
Biochemistry,a foundational course in modern medicine,plays a pivotal bridging role in the talent development framework of higher institutions of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Traditional teaching approach tends to run into the dual pitfalls of either prioritizing Western medicine at the expense of TCM or maintaining a rigid separation between the two systems,thereby failing to ade-quately support the goal of cultivating outstanding integrative physicians.The authors constructed an innovative dual-dimensional inte-grated model of"Disease-syndrome-Molecule"and applied it to the nine-year"Lingsu Class"in the clinical medicine program(in-tegrated Chinese and Western medicine)at Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine.This approach is guided by China's national initi-ative to construct New Medical Science and the Outstanding Physician Education and Training Program,and it systematically explores the intrinsic connection between biochemical knowledge and TCM's"disease-syndrome"theory.The authors redesign the teaching content,adopt innovative teaching methods,integrate ideological and political education,and establish an integrative learning pathway that bridges molecular mechanisms with TCM pattern differentiation and connects laboratory data with clinical decision-making.Pre-liminary implementation indicates that this model strengthens students'foundation in modern biomedical science and fosters their inte-grative clinical thinking,characterized by"adhering to TCM principles while referencing Western medicine",thereby providing a repli-cable course paradigm for the cultivation of well-rounded medical professionals equipped with both deep TCM cultural grounding and a forward-looking scientific perspective.
