传出神经系统药理学双图谱融合构建及教学实践OA
Construction of dual-graph integration and teaching practice in efferent nervous system pharmacology
为应对医学教育数字化与课程思政建设的时代要求,破解药理学教学中长期存在的知识体系散、理解门槛高、价值融合难等痛点,该研究以传出神经系统药理模块为例,探索知识图谱与价值引领教育深度融合的创新教学路径.通过构建受体分类树、递质作用网、药物靶点轴三维知识图谱,系统整合碎片化知识,实现抽象机制的可视化与逻辑化;同步挖掘并融入蕴含在专业知识中的思政元素,形成思政图谱,使知识传授与价值塑造同频共振.教学实践表明,该模式有效提升了学生的知识系统性与临床思维能力,深化了职业素养认同感,为医学基础课程教学改革提供了可借鉴的实践范式.
Digitalization of medical education and course-based ideological and political education have raised new requirements for the teaching of pharmacology,however,there have been problems of complex content,abstract mechanisms,and difficulties in values in-tegration in the traditional teaching of pharmacology.To address these issues,this study explores an innovative model integrating knowl-edge graphs with values-guided education in the teaching of the pharmacology module of efferent nervous system.The authors system-atically integrated fragmented knowledge and constructed a three-dimensional knowledge graph comprising a receptor classification tree,a neurotransmitter interaction network,and a drug-target axis,making abstract mechanisms visual and logical.They also concur-rently excavated ideological and political education elements in the professional knowledge and constructed a values education graph,en-abling knowledge impartation and values cultivation to resonate in harmony.Teaching practice demonstrates that this model effectively enhances students'systematic knowledge acquisition and clinical thinking abilities,deepens their professional identity,and provides a practical paradigm for the reform of basic medical courses.
