随着钻井加深,钻井泥浆的复杂性和超细颗粒增多导致固液分离难度增大.针对钻井超细泥浆脱水效率低、固相含水率居高不下等问题,本文提出一种筛网弦振泥浆滤饼脱附方法,通过单激振源激励作用于筛网致其产生弦振动引发共振效应,辅助实现滤网滤饼脱附.建立滤网弦振动模型研究不同振动频率下滤网振幅、加速度和应力应变特征.结果显示,滤网横向幅值波动随频率变化呈抛物线运动,在50 Hz时幅值波动区间为-8.02~9.62 mm,相较传统振动筛网高出92.4%;滤网纵向幅值随频率波动剧烈,在40~50 Hz时,存在多个幅值波峰,且幅值变化极值发生在滤网侧位;滤网速度、加速度随频率发生变化显著,在40~50 Hz时,正负速度波动差异较大,质点具有较大加速度,更易促进钻井泥浆滤饼脱附.

As drilling depth increases,the presence of ultra-fine particles and the complexity of drilling mud make solid-liquid separation more challenging.To overcome the low dewatering efficiency and persistently high solid-phase moisture content of ultra-fine drilling mud,a mud filter cake detachment method based on a string-vibrating screen is proposed in this study.By applying a single excitation source to the screen to induce string-type vibration and resonance,the filter cake is effectively assisted in detaching from the screen surface.A string vibration model of the screen is established to analyze its amplitude,acceleration,and stress-strain characteristics under different excitation frequencies.The results indicate that the transverse amplitude fluctuation of the screen exhibits a parabolic trend with frequency,with an amplitude fluctuation range of-8.02 to 9.62 mm at 50 Hz,which is 92.4%higher than that of traditional shale shakers.The longitudinal displacement amplitude of the screen fluctuates markedly as a function of excitation frequency,with multiple amplitude peaks emerging in the 40-50 Hz range and the extreme values being concentrated near the lateral positions of the screen.Furthermore,the screen velocity and acceleration are highly sensitive to frequency;within 40-50 Hz,the positive and negative velocity fluctuations become strongly asymmetric,resulting in substantially higher particle acceleration and,consequently,more efficient detachment of the drilling mud filter cake.
