失语症生活质量问卷的汉化及信效度检验OA

Objective:To translate the Quality of Life Questionnaire for Aphasics(QLQA)into Chinese and test its reliability and validity in stroke patients with aphasia.Methods:The Brislin translation model was adopted for the translation of QLQA.The Chinese version of QLQA was developed after cultural adaptation and a preliminary survey.A total of 222 hospitalized stroke patients with aphasia from our hospital between January 1,2024 and May 1,2025 were selected for the questionnaire survey.The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of QLQA were tested.Results:The Chinese version of QLQA comprised 3 dimensions and 37 items in total.The item-level content validity index ranged from 0.80 to 0.97.The scale-level content validity index based on universal agreement was 0.939.The average content validity index was 0.958.The Stroke and Aphasia Quality of Life Scale(SAQOL-39g)was used as the criterion.The correlation coefficient between the Chinese version of QLQA and the SAQOL-39g scores was 0.566(P<0.05).Exploratory factor analysis extracted 3 common factors with eigenvalues greater than 1 with the cumulative variance contribution rate of 66.0%.Confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the three-factor structural equation model demonstrated a good fit.The overall Cronbach's α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.952,and the test-retest reliability was 0.969.Conclusions:The Chinese version of QLQA exhibits good reliability and validity.It could be used to assess the quality of life of stroke patients with aphasia.
