人工智能焦虑量表的汉化及信效度检验OA
Chinesization of Artificial Intelligence Anxiety Scale and its reliability and validity test
目的:汉化人工智能焦虑量表(AIAS),并在医学生中检验其信效度.方法:基于Brislin翻译模型对AIAS进行直译、回译,通过文化调适和预调查形成中文版AIAS.采用便利抽样法,于2025年3月—4月在湖北省2所医学院选取305名医学生进行调查,评价量表的信效度.结果:中文版AIAS包含学习、工作替代、社会技术盲点、人工智能配置4个维度,共20个条目.该量表条目水平的内容效度指数为 0.876~1.000,平均量表水平的内容效度指数为 0.961.探索性因子分析提取 4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为81.342%.验证性因子分析结果显示,模型拟合良好.量表总体的 Cronbach's α系数为 0.951,折半信度为 0.734,重测信度为0.795.结论:中文版AIAS信效度可接受,可作为评估我国医学生人工智能焦虑程度的有效工具.
Objective:To translate the Artificial Intelligence Anxiety Scale(AIAS)into Chinese and to test its reliability and validity among medical students.Methods:The AIAS underwent forward translation,back-translation based on the Brislin translation model.The Chinese version of AIAS was developed by cultural adaptation and a preliminary survey.A total of 305 medical students from two medical universities in Hubei province were selected by a convenience sample from March and April 2025.The reliability and validity of the scale were tested.Results:The Chinese version of the AIAS consisted of 4 dimensions(learning,work substitution,socio-technical blind spots,artificial intelligence configuration)with 20 items.The item-level content validity index ranged from 0.876 to 1.000.The average scale-level content validity index was 0.961.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 4 common factors with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 81.342%.Confirmatory factor analysis indicated a satisfactory model fit.The overall Cronbach's αcoefficient was 0.951.The split-half reliability was 0.734.The test-retest reliability was 0.795.Conclusions:The Chinese version of the AIAS demonstrates acceptable reliability and validity.It could be used as a valid tool to assess the level of artificial intelligence anxiety among medical students in China.
