安德森症状评估量表-嵌合抗原受体-T细胞治疗模块的汉化和信效度检验OA

Objective:To translate the M.D.Anderson Symptom Inventory-chimeric antigen receptor T cell therapy module(MDASI-CAR)into Chinese and test its reliability and validity.Methods:Following the Brislin translation model,the original scale underwent translation,cultural adaptation,and a preliminary survey to form the Chinese version of the MDASI-CAR.A total of 148 patients with hematological diseases who underwent CAR-T cell therapy in a tertiary hospital in Tianjin city were selected as study subjects by a convenience sampling method from January to August 2025.The reliability and validity of scale was analyzed.Results:The Chinese version of the MDASI-CAR consisted of 28 items.Exploratory factor analysis results showed that the 22 symptom assessment items extracted 6 common factors,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 66.617%.The factor loadings for each item ranged from 0.402 to 0.887.The 6 symptom interference assessment items extracted 2 common factors,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 71.706%.The factor loadings ranging from 0.742 to 0.905.The item-level content validity index ranged from 0.833 to 1.000.The scale-level average content validity index was 0.945.The scale scores correlated with those of the validity instrument(all P<0.001).The overall Cronbach's α coefficient for the scale was 0.930.Conclusions:The Chinese version of the MDASI-CAR demonstrated good reliability and validity.It could be used to assess symptom severity and life interference in patients following CAR-T cell therapy.
