助产领域评判性思维量表的汉化及信效度检验OA

Objective:To translate Carter Assessment of Critical Thinking in Midwifery(CACTiM)into Chinese and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:The original scale was translated based on the World Health Organization translation guidelines,and the Chinese version of CACTiM was formed through cross-cultural adaptation,cognitive interviews,and a preliminary survey.A total of 354 in-service midwives from 16 hospitals in Zhejiang province were selected as study subjects from February to March 2025.The reliability and validity of the scale were tested.Results:The Chinese version of CACTiM consisted of 4 dimensions and 25 items.The scale-level content validity index was 0.96,and the item-level content validity indices ranged from 0.80 to 1.00.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 4 common factors,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 62.897%.Confirmatory factor analysis results indicated a good model fit.The overall Cronbach's α coefficient for the scale was 0.938.The split-half reliability was 0.807.The test-retest reliability was 0.972.Conclusions:The Chinese version of the CACTiM demonstrated good reliability and validity.It could be used as an assessment tool for evaluating critical thinking ability among midwives in China.
