护理领域人工智能技术应用态度量表的汉化及信效度检验OA

Objective:To translate the Attitude Scale Towards the Use of Artificial Intelligence Technologies in Nursing(ASUAITIN)and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:The ASUAITIN was translated using the Brislin translation model.The Chinese version of ASUAITIN was developed after cultural adaptation and a preliminary survey.A convenience sampling method was employed to select 396 clinical nurses from a tertiary grade A hospital in Beijing as research subjects.The reliability and validity of the scale were tested.Results:The Chinese version of ASUAITIN consisted of 2 dimensions(positive attitude and negative attitude)with a total of 15 items.The overall Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.939.The split-half reliability was 0.738.The test-retest reliability was 0.935.The average scale-level content validity index was 0.981.The item-level content validity indexes ranged from 0.875 to 1.000.Two common factors were extracted through exploratory factor analysis,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 77.402%.Confirmatory factor analysis results showed that all fit indexes were within acceptable ranges.Conclusions:The Chinese version of ASUAITIN demonstrated good reliability and validity.It could be used to assess the attitudes of clinical nurses in China towards the application of artificial intelligence technologies.
