基于非设计工况运行的卧式水轮机增效扩容技术研究OA
Research on efficiency improvement and capacity expansion technology for horizontal hydroturbines operating under off-design conditions
针对某水电站卧轴混流式水轮机长期在高水头区间运行、原设计参数与实际工况失配,导致转轮裂纹、空蚀加剧及效率偏低等问题,并实现机组增效扩容,基于电站实际运行数据,对机组额定水头、出力等关键参数进行优化.从实际运行区间出发,选择与运行水头参数匹配,性能更优的转轮,并对蜗壳、导水机构等核心部件进行材料升级与结构改造.改造后水轮机效率提升,其高效运行区间与电站主要运行水头范围高度匹配,机组额定工况效率提升至92.02%,显著提升主要运行工况下机组运行稳定性与经济效益.本研究形成了以运行数据分析为基础、参数优化与部件改造相结合的卧轴混流式水轮机增效扩容技术路线,可为同类机组在高水头运行条件下的改造提供工程参考.
To solve the problems such as runner cracks,aggravated cavitation,and relatively low efficiency caused by the long-term operation of horizontal-shaft Francis hydroturbines in the high-head range and the mismatch between the original design parameters and the actual operating conditions in a hydropower plant,and to achieve the efficiency improvement and capacity expansion of the hydroturbines,the key parameters such as rated head and output of the hydroturbines,were optimized based on the actual operation data of the hydropower plant.Based on the actual operation range,the runners matching the operating head parameters and having better performance were selected,and the material upgrade and structural retrofitting were carried out on core components such as the volute and gate operating mechanism.After the retrofitting,the efficiency of hydroturbines is improved,the high-efficiency operation range closely matches the main operating head range of the hydropower plant,and the efficiency of hydroturbines under rated conditions is increased to 92.02%,significantly improving hydroturbine operation stability and economic benefits under main operating conditions.This study establishes a technical route for efficiency improvement and capacity expansion of horizontal-shaft Francis hydroturbines based on operation data analysis,combined with parameter optimization and component retrofitting.It can provide engineering reference for the retrofitting of similar hydroturbines under high head operating conditions.
