潜油电泵气液混输流动特性及优化设计研究进展OA

Research Progress of Gas-liquid Mixing Flow Characteristics and Optimization Design for Electric Submersible Pumps

潜油电泵广泛应用于石油和天然气开采过程中,研究其气液两相流动特性及设计方法对于提高泵的能效、延长设备寿命以及降低故障率具有重要意义.本文总结了泵内气相演变规律,分析了气液两相流在不同流动模式下的变化特点,回顾了气液两相流动机制,探讨了两相流模型经验关系式的建立、可视化实验的测量以及数值模拟方法在流动机制研究中的应用,并针对气液混输性能较低的问题,梳理了气液混输优化设计的研究现状,结合潜油电泵的特点提出了相应的优化设计策略,最后展望了潜油电泵在气液混输领域未来的研究方向.

Electric submersible pumps(ESPs)are widely used in oil and gas extraction processes.It is of great significance to study the gas-liquid two-phase flow characteristics for improving pump energy effi-ciency,extending equipment life,and reducing failure rates.This paper summarized the evolution of the gas phase within the pump and analyzed the variations in gas-liquid two-phase flow under different flow re-gimes.It also reviewed the mechanisms of gas-liquid two-phase flow,focusing on the development of em-pirical correlations for two-phase flow models,the application of visualization experiments,and numerical simulation methods in the study of flow mechanisms.Addressing the issue of low gas-liquid mixed trans-port performance,this paper outlined the current state of research on gas-liquid mixed transport optimiza-tion design and proposed optimization strategies tailored to the characteristics of ESPs.Finally,the paper looked forward to future research directions in the field of gas-liquid mixed transport in ESPs.
