国土空间规划背景下重要生态功能区国土空间韧性研究OACHSSCD
Territorial space resilience of important ecological functional area in the context of territorial space planning:a case study of Dabie Mountain Region,Hubei Province
国土空间韧性是国土空间面临风险、压力或冲击下,快速恢复到初始状态并保持结构和功能稳定的能力.本文以国土空间规划背景下重要生态功能区湖北省大别山片区为研究区域,在集成压力、状态和响应指标基础上构建国土空间韧性评估体系,基于适应性循环理论揭示了国土空间韧性的演化规律.研究结果表明:(1)研究区域国土空间韧性分为低、中低、中高、高水平等类型,其中高韧性县域坚持绿色发展理念,积极推进产业转型升级;(2)研究区域社会和生态韧性波动上升,经济韧性平稳上升;(3)研究区域国土空间韧性实现从"快速发展—稳定守恒"阶段到"释放—重组"阶段的演化交替.最后,论文提出了湖北省大别山片区国土空间韧性的改进建议.
Territorial space resilience refers to its capacity to recover and develop rapidly when exposed to internal and external pressures and disturbances.Focusing on the Dabie Mountain Region in Hubei Province,this study establishes an evaluation system for territorial space resilience within the framework of territorial space planning,which comprehensively reflects the pressure,state,and response capabilities of territorial space in the face of disturbances and changes.Furthermore,based on adaptive cycle theory,this paper explores the evolutionary characteristics and patterns of territorial space resilience.The results show that:(1)Territorial space resilience can be categorized into four levels:low,medium-low,medium-high,and high.Counties with high resilience adhere to the concept of green development and promote the transformation and upgrading of industries.(2)From a temporal perspective,social resilience and ecological resilience in most counties have fluctuated but increased overall,while economic resilience has risen steadily.(3)In terms of evolutionary stages,the Dabie Mountain Region in Hubei Province has experienced several relatively balanced states,completing an evolutionary transition from the"rapid development-stable conservation"stage to the"release-reorganization"stage.Finally,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions to improve the resilience of territorial space.
