气体保护熔炼技术在ZM5合金铸件上的应用研究OA
Research on the Application of Gas-Purged Melting Technology in ZM5 Alloy Castings
熔剂法熔炼及无熔剂法熔炼是镁合金熔炼及浇注过程的两大类基本工艺,本文针对某型机ZM5合金铸件,应用熔剂法及气体保护法两种不同熔炼方法进行试验,完成了气体保护法熔炼及熔剂法变质及精炼机理分析.结果表明,ZM5合金采用气体保护熔炼得到的冶金质量及性能要求符合技术要求.
Flux melting and non flux melting are two basic processes in the melting and casting process of magnesium alloys.This article focuses on the ZM5 alloy castings of a certain type of machine,and applies two different melting methods,flux melting and gas protection,to conduct experiments.The mechanism analysis of gas protection melting and flux modification and refining is completed.The results indicate that the metallurgical quality and performance requirements of ZM5 alloy obtained by gas shielded melting meet the technical requirements.
