Study on removal strategy of organic matter in decomposition process of alumina plant
针对拜耳法氧化铝生产中进口铝土矿引发的母液有机物累积问题,本研究提出一种"晶种结晶-细种子洗涤-母液增浓"协同脱除策略,以提升有机物去除效率并平衡经济性.通过正交实验与响应面法优化工艺参数,并开展扩模中试验证.实验室小试表明,有机碳去除率达55%~60%;中试结果显示,该工艺可使产品中Na2O含量从0.35%降至0.22%以下,立盘过滤机的滤布工作周期由原来的约15天延长至30天.技术经济分析表明,年减少综合损失约430万元,投资回收期约2.5年.该策略高效平衡脱除率与经济性,为高有机碳负荷氧化铝厂提供技术参考.
In order to solve the problem of organic matter accumulation in mother liquor caused by imported bauxite in Bayer process alumina production,a collaborative removal strategy of"seed crystallization fine seed washing mother liquor thickening"was proposed to improve the organic matter removal efficiency and balance the economy.The process parameters were optimized by orthogonal experiment and response surface method,and the expansion test was carried out.Laboratory tests showed that the removal rate of organic carbon was 55%~60%;The pilot test results show that the process can reduce the Na2O content in the product from 0.35%to less than 0.22%,and the working cycle of the filter cloth of the vertical plate filter is extended from about 15 days to 30 days.The technical and economic analysis shows that the annual comprehensive loss is reduced by about 4.3 million yuan,and the investment payback period is about 2.5 years.The strategy effectively balances the removal rate and economy,and provides technical reference for alumina plants with high organic carbon load.
