Study on Droplet Characteristics of Aluminum Alloy Laser CMT Composite Welding
铝合金在高端制造领域应用广泛,激光CMT复合焊接实现工艺精准调控将成为其优质高效连接的关键技术,而熔滴特性会直接决定焊接质量,因此本研究采用高速摄像观测、参数调控试验及力学性能测试等方法探究铝合金激光CMT复合焊接熔滴形成与过渡规律,识别典型过渡模式、量化关键参数影响机制并验证核心研究假设.研究顺利推进可建立熔滴特性与焊接质量的关联模型并界定优质熔滴特性区间,对推动该技术工程应用具有重要价值.
Aluminum alloys are widely used in high-end manufacturing,and laser CMT composite welding to achieve precise process control will become a key technology for high-quality and efficient connections.The characteristics of the molten droplets directly determine the welding quality.Therefore,this study uses high-speed camera observation,parameter control experiments,and mechanical performance testing to explore the formation and transition laws of molten droplets in aluminum alloy laser CMT composite welding,identify typical transition modes,quantify the influence mechanism of key parameters,and verify core research hypotheses.The smooth progress of research can establish a correlation model between droplet characteristics and welding quality,and define the range of high-quality droplet characteristics,which is of great value for promoting the engineering application of this technology.
