Construction and Establishment of Monitoring Index System for Operating Status of 400kA Aluminum Electrolysis Cells
大容量铝电解槽在高电流密度条件下运行,其电场、热场、物料场和结构受力状态呈现显著耦合特征,运行状态对微小扰动高度敏感,使传统依赖少量参数的监测方式难以满足状态识别需求.围绕400kA铝电解槽运行特性,构建由电气、热工、工艺及结构寿命等多维指标组成的运行状态监测指标体系.在工程应用中,体系能够对运行状态变化形成连续刻画,运行特征在多维指标中表现清晰,为运行状态识别提供必要的参考信息.
When large-capacity aluminum electrolysis cells operate under high current density conditions,their electric field,thermal field,material field and structural stress state exhibit significant coupling characteristics.The operating status is highly sensitive to minor disturbances,making traditional monitoring methods relying on a small number of parameters difficult to meet the requirements for state identification.Based on the operating characteristics of 400kA aluminum electrolysis cells,a monitoring index system for operating status consisting of multiple-dimensional indicators such as electrical,thermal,process and structural life is constructed.In engineering applications,this system can continuously depict changes in operating status,and the operating characteristics are clearly manifested in the multi-dimensional indicators,providing necessary reference information for operating status identification.
