探究如何提高常规锌湿法冶炼铜的浸出率OA
Exploring How to Improve the Leaching Rate of Copper in Conventional Zinc Wet Smelting
提高常规锌湿法冶炼铜的浸出率应当明确铜浸出热力学与动力学基础,包括铜锌体系电位-pH平衡模型、酸浸反应活化能与速率方程、温度/浓度对浸出动力学的影响机制.在此期间需要强化预处理工艺,常见的技术包括硫化锌精矿焙烧温度调控、磨矿细度与矿浆浓度优化、设定超声波辅助浸出参数.为进一步提升铜浸出率,需要协同优化浸出工艺参数,包括硫酸浓度与液固比匹配技术、氧化剂(H2O2/Fe3+)添加策略、搅拌强度与浸出时间协同控制.研究中以E项目为例,量化分析全流程优化体系对于提升铜浸出率的作用,为常规锌湿法冶炼铜浸出工艺优化提供有效路径.
To improve the leaching rate of copper in conventional zinc hydrometallurgy,the thermodynamic and kinetic basis of copper leaching should be clarified,including the potential pH equilibrium model of copper zinc system,the activation energy and rate equation of acid leaching reaction,and the influence mechanism of temperature/concentration on leaching kinetics.During this period,it is necessary to strengthen the pretreatment process.Common techniques include temperature control of zinc sulfide concentrate roasting,optimization of grinding fineness and slurry concentration,and setting ultrasonic assisted leaching parameters.To further improve the copper leaching rate,it is necessary to synergistically optimize the leaching process parameters,including sulfuric acid concentration and liquid-solid ratio matching technology,oxidant(H2O2/Fe3+)addition strategy,and synergistic control of stirring intensity and leaching time.Taking the E project as an example,this study quantitatively analyzes the role of the entire process optimization system in improving copper leaching rate,providing an effective path for optimizing the copper leaching process in conventional zinc wet smelting.
