贵州砂石矿区废弃地不同竹种配置模式林下草本群落多样性OA
Diversity of Understory Herbaceous Communities with Different Configuration Patterns of Bamboo Species in Abandoned Gravel Mining Sites in Guizhou Province
为评估不同竹种配置模式对砂石矿区废弃地林下草本群落结构及物种多样性的影响,以贵州省江口县净河砂石矿区为研究区,选取9 种不同配置模式的竹林类型,采用样方调查法分析林下草本群落的物种组成及多样性特征,并利用 Margalef 丰富度指数、Simpson 多样性指数、Shannon 多样性指数和 Pielou均匀度指数对群落多样性进行综合评价.结果表明,研究区共发现草本植物 50 种,隶属于 21 科 45 属,其中以菊科、禾本科、豆科为优势类群;共鉴定出五月艾(Artemisia indica)、白茅(Imperata cylindrica)、繁缕(Stellaria media)、葛(Pueraria lobata)和爵床(Justicia procumbens)等11 种优势种,这些物种均有较强的耐贫瘠性和环境适应能力.不同竹种配置模式下,林下草本群落的 Simpson 多样性指数、Shannon多样性指数和 Pielou 均匀度指数存在显著差异(P<0.05),而 Margalef 丰富度指数则差异不显著;其中狭叶方竹纯林下草本群落的物种丰富度与整体多样性水平均为最高.该研究结果可为竹类植物在砂石矿区废弃地生态修复中的科学配置与应用提供参考.
This study takes Jinghe gravel mining site of Jiangkou county,Guizhou province as the study area to evaluate the effects of different bamboo species configuration patterns on the structure and species diversity of understory herbaceous communities in abandoned gravel mining areas.Nine types of bamboo forests with different species combinations are selected,and quadrat sampling is used to investigate the species composition and diversity characteristics.Margalef richness index,Simpson diversity index,Shannon diversity index,and Pielou evenness index are applied for a comprehensive assessment of community diversity.The results show that a total of 50 herbaceous species are recorded in the study area,belonging to 45 genera in 21 families,and Asteraceae,Poaceae,and Fabaceae are the dominant families.Eleven dominant species are identified,including Artemisia indica,Imperata cylindrica,Stellaria media,Pueraria lobata,and Justicia procumbens,all of which exhibit strong tolerance to poor soil conditions and high environmental adaptability.Significant differences(P<0.05)are observed among different bamboo species configuration patterns in terms of Simpson diversity index,Shannon diversity index,and Pielou evenness index,whereas no significant difference is found in the Margalef richness index.The understory herbaceous community of the pure Chimonobambusa angustifolia stand is the highest in species richness and overall diversity level.This study would provide a theoretical basis and technical reference for the scientific configuration and application of bamboo in the ecological restoration of abandoned gravel mining areas.
