高产优质多抗食用加工型花生新品种龙花172的选育OA
Breeding of Longhua 172,a New High-Yield,Superior-Quality,and Multi-Resistant Peanut Variety Suitable for Edible Processing
为解决龙岩咸酥花生产业缺乏食用加工型花生新品种的问题,采取杂交育种技术,以泉花 7 号为母本、汕油188 为父本配制组合,通过系谱法选育,育成高产优质食用加工型花生新品种龙花 172.2020-2021 年福建省春花生新品种区试结果表明:(1)龙花 172 丰产性稳产性很好,2 年区试产量均在参试品种中位第一,两年平均荚果产量4 248 kg/hm2,平均籽仁产量 2 724.45 kg/hm2,分别较对照品种泉花 7 号增产 19.03%和 20.73%,增产极显著;(2)抗旱性、耐涝性及抗倒性强;(3)高抗叶斑病锈病,中抗青枯病.品质分析结果:龙花 172 的蛋白质含量 28.6 g/hg、含油量 45.4%、蔗糖 9.4g/hg、油酸 40.3%、亚油酸 38.3%、油酸亚油酸比值 1.05.龙花 172 蛋白质含量达到国家农业行业标准 NY/T 1067-2025《食用花生》蛋白质一级指标(≥26%)及福建省地方标准 DB35/T 867-2008《地理标志产品 龙岩咸酥花生》蛋白质指标(≥26.5%),蔗糖含量远高于高糖花生参考标准(达到 6%),含油量适中.综上所述,龙花 172 具有产量高、品质优、抗逆性和抗病性强、适应性广、加工属性优的优异特点,具有较高的营养价值和加工价值,综合性状优于亲本泉花 7 号和汕油 188,适宜龙岩咸酥花生等加工用.龙花 172 于 2023 年通过国家非主要农作物品种登记[GPD 花生(2023)350023],2024 年入选福建省农业主导品种.龙花 172 在福建省推广应用,将对福建省花生产业结构调整及龙岩咸酥花生产业高质量发展起到积极的推动作用.
To solve the problem of the lack of new edible processing-type peanut varieties in the Longyan salty crisp peanut industry,cross-breeding technology was adopted.A new high-yield,high-quality edible processing-type peanut variety Longhua 172,was bred by the pedigree method,with Quanhua 7 as the female parent and Shanyou 188 as the male parent.The results of regional trials of new spring peanut varieties in Fujian Province from 2020 to 2021 showed that:(1)Longhua 172 had excellent yield potential and stability.Its yield ranked first among all tested varieties in both years of regional trials,with an average pod yield of 4 248 kg·hm‒2 and an average kernel yield of 2 724.45 kg·hm‒2 in two years,increasing by 19.03%and 20.73%respectively compared with the control variety Quanhua 7,and the yield increase was extremely significant.(2)It had strong drought resistance,waterlogging tolerance,and lodging resistance.(3)It was highly resistant to leaf spot and rust and moderately resistant to bacterial wilt.The quality analysis results showed that Longhua 172 had a protein content of 28.6 g·hg‒1,oil content of 45.4%,sucrose content of 9.4 g·hg‒1,oleic acid content of 40.3%,linoleic acid content of 38.3%,and oleic acid-linoleic acid ratio(O/L ratio)of 1.05.The protein content of Longhua 172 met the first-class protein index(≥26%)specified in the national agricultural industry standard NY/T 1067-2025 Edible Peanuts and the protein index(≥26.5%)specified in the Fujian local standard DB35/T 867-2008 Geographical Indication Product—Longyan Salty Crisp Peanuts.Its sucrose content was much higher than the reference standard for high-sucrose peanuts(≥6%),and the oil content was moderate.In summary,Longhua 172 has the characteristics of high yield,excellent quality,strong stress resistance and disease resistance,wide adaptability,and superior processing properties,with high nutritional and processing value.Its com-prehensive traits are better than those of its parents,Quanhua 7 and Shanyou 188,making it suitable for processing products such as Longyan salty crisp peanuts.Longhua 172 passed the national registration of nonmajor crop varieties[GPD Peanut(2023)350023]in 2023 and was selected as a leading agricultural variety in Fujian Province in 2024.The popularization and application of Longhua 172 in Fujian Province will play a positive role in promoting the adjustment of the peanut industrial structure in Fujian Province and the high-quality development of the Longyan salty crisp peanut industry.
