橡胶树死皮停割树调查及死皮康复研究OA
Investigation of Tapping Cessation Trees Affected by Tapping Panel Dryness(TPD)and TPD Rehabilitation Research in Hevea brasiliensis
为详细调查中国热带农业科学院儋州试验场 2 队和 4 队各树位死皮停割树情况并对其进行康复研究,对试验场 2 队 15 个树位和 4 队 13 个树位的死皮停割树进行逐株统计,并从各树位中选取部分死皮停割树,采用前期研发的死皮康复缓释颗粒对死皮停割树进行康复处理.结果显示,2 队和 4 队各树位死皮停割率分别在 31.34%~70.60%和3.66%~28.99%,平均死皮停割率分别为 46.15%和 14.14%.死皮停割树经 2 次死皮康复缓释颗粒处理,6 个月后调查显示,各树位死皮指数均有不同程度的下降,2 队和 4 队各树位平均死皮指数下降值分别为 18.69 和 25.54.同时,死皮树的割线死皮长度均有不同程度的减少,死皮长度恢复率分别在 4.22%~61.33%和 23.79%~70.27%.可见,试验场 2 队各树位死皮停割率明显高于 4 队,且死皮康复缓释颗粒处理明显降低了割线死皮长度,促进了死皮植株的割线恢复.本研究将为优化现有死皮康复技术及实现死皮防治轻简化提供参考.
To conduct a detailed investigation on tapping cessation trees affected by tapping panel dryness(TPD)at each tapping position in Teams 2 and 4 of the Danzhou experimental farms,Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences(CATAS),and carry out research on their rehabilitation,this study conducted tree-by-tree statistics of TPD-induced tapping cessation trees at 15 tapping positions in Team 2 and 13 tapping positions in Team 4 of the farm.Meanwhile,some tapping cessation trees were selected from each tapping position and treated with TPD rehabilitation slow-release granules developed in the early stage.The results showed that the TPD tapping cessation rates at each tapping position in Teams 2 and 4 ranged from 31.34%to 70.60%and 3.66%to 28.99%,respectively,with average tapping cessation rates of 46.15%and 14.14%.After the tapping cessation,trees were treated twice with the TPD rehabilitation slow-release granules,a survey conducted six months later showed that the TPD index at each tapping position decreased to varying degrees,with the average decreases in the TPD index in Teams 2 and 4 being 18.69 and 25.54,respectively.At the same time,the TPD length of the tapping line of TPD-affected trees was reduced to varying degrees,and the TPD length recovery rates ranged from 4.22%to 61.33%and 23.79%to 70.27%in Teams 2 and 4,respectively.The TPD tapping cessation rate at each tapping position in Team 2 was sig-nificantly higher than that in Team 4,and the treatment with TPD rehabilitation slow-release granules significantly reduced the TPD length of the tapping line and promoted the recovery of the tapping line of TPD-affected trees.This study will provide a reference for optimizing existing TPD rehabilitation technologies and realizing the simplification of TPD prevention and con-trol.
