前处理轧碱煮漂工艺研究OA

Aiming at problems such as high energy consumption in the washing stage,serious water resource waste,and long process flow in traditional pre-treatment processes of dyeing and printing,this paper systematically studies a new pre-treatment process-the integrated alkali rolling,boiling and bleaching process.This process cancels the washing step in the traditional"alkali rolling→washing→boiling and bleaching"process,directly uses the weak alkali recovered from mercerization for alkali rolling and stacking,and then carries out boiling and bleaching treatment,thus achieving effi-cient recycling of alkali solution and process simplification.The result shows that under the premise of ensuring the quality of semi-finished products meets the requirements of GB 18401-2010"Basic safety technical specifications for national textile products",this process can save 10%-15%caustic soda,about 5%steam,significantly shorten the process flow,and improve production efficiency.This process belongs to the category of"Clean Production Technology"in the"Key na-tional supported high and new technology fields".It has significant energy-saving,emission-reduction and economic bene-fits,and has good value for promotion and application.
