聚乙烯醇/羧甲基纤维素膜的制备及吸附性能OA
Preparation and adsorption performance of polyvinyl alcohol/carboxymethyl cellulose composite membranes
以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和羧甲基纤维素(CMC)为原材料,采用流延成膜法,制备聚乙烯醇/羧甲基纤维素复合膜.研究复合膜对亚甲基蓝(MB)溶液的去除效果,探讨了影响吸附效果的因素.研究复合膜质量、吸附温度、吸附时间、MB溶液pH、MB溶液初始质量浓度等吸附条件对复合薄膜吸附MB溶液性能的影响,确定复合膜最优吸附效果的吸附条件,为降低工业污染治理成本提供了可持续解决方案.
Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)were used as raw materials to prepare poly-vinyl alcohol/carboxymethyl cellulose composite film by casting film method,and the factors that affect adsorption efficien-cy are discussed.The removal effect of the composite film on methylene blue(MB)solution was studied.The effects of ad-sorption conditions such as mass of composite film,adsorption temperature,adsorption time,pH of MB solution and initial concentration of MB solution on the adsorption performance of composite film are studied,and the adsorption conditions of the optimal adsorption effect of composite film were determined,which providing a sustainable solution for reducing the cost of industrial pollution control.
