高稳定连续轧染活性染料染色方案的设计与应用OA
Design and application of highly stable continuous roll dyeing reactive dyestuff dyeing scheme
为提升活性染料连续轧染加工的稳定性与固色效果,本研究通过在轧染染液中添加碱剂,并精准控制预烘温度与时间,开发了一种新型活性染料轧染加工方案.系统探究了碱剂种类、用量及预烘条件对固色率的影响,分析了预烘后织物表面染料组成及染料适用性,并开展中试验证方案可行性.结果表明:以Na2CO3为碱剂(用量5 g/L),预烘温度80℃、预烘时间3 min时,在相同汽蒸固色条件下,各类活性染料的固色率可提升2%~5%;中试试验中,该方案处理的布样K/S值显著提高,2 000 m加间内的色差小于常规工艺,不仅提升了产品品质,还降低了生产过程的控制难度.
To improve the stability and color fixation effect of continuous pad dyeing with reactive dyes,this study developed a novel reactive dye pad-batch dyeing process by adding alkali agents to the dye bath and precisely controlling the pre-drying temperature and time.The effects of alkali type,dosage,and pre-drying conditions on the color fixation rate were systematically investigated.The composition of dyes on the fabric after pre-drying and the applicability of dyes were analyzed,and pilot-scale experiments were carried out to verify the feasibility of the scheme.The results showed that when Na2CO3 was used as the alkali agent(dosage 5 g/L)with pre-drying at 80℃for 3 min,the color fixation rate of various re-active dyes could be increased by 2%-5%under the same steaming fixation conditions.In the pilot-scale experiment,the K/S value of the fabric samples treated by this scheme was significantly improved,and the color difference within the 2 000 m processing interval was smaller than that of the conventional process,which not only improved the product quality but al-so reduced the control difficulty of the production process.
