等离子体处理是一种高效环保的表面改性技术,在医用纤维的功能整理方面具有显著优势.等离子体物理刻蚀、化学改性、聚合、诱导接枝聚合及增强化学气相沉积等方式,可改变纤维表面的化学组成与微观形貌,有效解决医用纤维表面能低、化学惰性强等问题,从而改善其使用性能.本文梳理了近年来等离子体技术在医用纤维功能化领域的研究进展,分析了其作用机理,重点阐述了该技术在纯棉纤维、聚酯纤维、聚丙烯纤维、聚四氟乙烯纤维及其他医用纤维改性中的应用,并总结了该技术对材料表面亲水性、抗菌性及生物相容性等关键性能的影响,对等离子体源、作用气氛及加工条件进行了总结.最后,展望了等离子体技术在医用纤维功能化处理中的应用前景.

Plasma treatment is an efficient and environmentally friendly surface modification technology,demon-strating significant advantages in the functional finishing of medical fibers.The methods such as plasma physical etching,chemical modification,polymerization,induced graft polymerization,and enhanced chemical vapor deposition can alter the chemical composition and microscopic morphology of fiber surfaces,effectively addressing issues such as low surface ener-gy and strong chemical inertness in medical fibers,thereby improving their performance.This paper reviews recent re-search advances in plasma technology applied to the functionalization of medical fibers,analyzes its mechanisms of action,and elaborates on its applications in modifying pure cotton fibers,polyester fibers,polypropylene fibers,polytetrafluoroethyl-ene fibers,and other medical fibers.It summarizes the effects of plasma treatment on key properties such as surface hydro-philicity,antibacterial performance,and biocompatibility of materials,and provides an overview of plasma sources,working atmospheres,and processing conditions.Finally,the application prospects of plasma technology in the functional treatment of medical fibers are prospected.
