虚拟仿真技术在水电站智能化运维中的应用OA
Application of virtual simulation technology in the intelligent operation and maintenance of hydropower projects
在全球能源转型与"双碳"目标深入推进的背景下,水电站运维领域面临设备复杂度高、运维风险高、专业人才短缺的"三高"挑战.本文基于虚拟仿真技术的建立了智能运维解决方案,通过构建高精度数字孪生模型与动态交互系统,实现设备结构可视化、安全行为训练及核心部件检修工艺仿真.关键技术涵盖参数化运行动画解析水轮机水力特性、发电机电磁场等不可见机理,结合人因工程学设计高空坠落等动态风险场景强化安全记忆,并基于物理引擎实时计算密封件拆卸力矩等力学反馈,为水电行业智能化运维提供了可工程化实施的技术路径.
Driven by the global energy transition and"dual carbon"objectives,hydropower projects face critical challenges of complex equipment,high operation and maintenance risks,and talent shortages.To address these issues,this paper employs an intelligent operation and maintenance solution based on a high-fidelity digital twin,realized through virtual simulation.The system facilitates equipment visualization,safety training,and virtual maintenance simulations.It employs parametric animations to reveal unseen hydraulic and electromag-netic phenomena,integrates human factors engineering into dynamic risk scenarios(e.g.,falls from height),and uses a physics engine to deliver real-time mechanical feedback during simulated tasks,such as calculating dismantling torque.Ultimately,this study outlines a feasible engineering framework for the intelligent trans-formation of hydropower operation and maintenance.
