针对水电站设备检修面临的培训周期长、专家资源不足等难题,文章提出基于 VR技术的智能检修解决方案.通过构建"PC-VR一体机+交互手套"硬件系统和智能化软件平台,实现设备三维可视化交互、沉浸式培训和远程协同作业,为水电设备智能检修提供了有效技术路径,具有重要的工程应用价值.

To address the persistent challenges in hydropower equipment maintenance,such as prolonged train-ing periods and a scarcity of expert resources,this paper proposes an intelligent maintenance solution based on Virtual Reality(VR)technology.By developing a hardware system comprising a PC-tethered VR headset and interactive gloves,alongside an intelligent software platform,the solution enables three-dimensional(3D)inter-active visualization of equipment,immersive training simulations,and remote collaborative operations.This ap-proach provides an effective technical pathway for the intelligent maintenance of hydropower equipment and holds significant value for practical engineering applications.
