基于陆气耦合模型的锅浪跷水电站短期径流预报OA
Short-term runoff forecasting at Guolangqiao Hydropower Project based on land-atmosphere coupling model
目前锅浪跷水电站入库径流依赖流域自建遥测雨量站进行预报,输入为实测降雨过程,入库径流预见期为4 h左右,难以满足电站的应用需求.为此,文章提出获取所在流域数值天气预报成果,配合三水源新安江模型,构建陆气耦合模型,进行流域产汇流模拟及入库径流预报.通过历史径流过程和降雨过程模拟应用分析,陆气耦合模型整体预测精度主要受数值降雨精度影响,洪峰流量峰现日期受日降雨集中期影响较大,模型整体对径流总量模拟效果较好.耦合模型提升了锅浪跷水电站入库径流预报预见期,为水电站的经济、安全运行提供了重要的决策支撑.
Currently,the inflow runoff forecasting for Guolangqiao Hydropower Project mainly relies on self-built rain gauge stations,with actual measured rainfall processes serving as the input.The forecast period is only about 4 hours,which cannot effectively meet the application needs of the hydropower project.Therefore,this paper proposes to obtain the numerical weather forecast results of the watershed and combine them with the Sanjiang Xin'anjiang Model to build a land-atmosphere coupling model for simulating hydrological genera-tion and runoff and predicting inflow into the reservoir.Through the application and analysis of historical in-flow into the reservoir and rainfall process simulation,the overall predictive accuracy of the land-atmosphere coupling model is mainly affected by the accuracy of numerical rainfall,and the peak flow date is greatly affect-ed by the period of daily rainfall concentration.The model as a whole has a good simulation effect on the total runoff.The coupling model has improved the forecast horizon of the inflow into Guolangqiao Hydropower Pro-ject and provided important decision support for the economic and safe operation of the hydropower project.
