通过对某水电站机组出现的水导轴承瓦温升高现象进行分析,最终得出更换水导冷却器过程中水导轴承支架发生变形导致部分水导瓦间隙变小和环境温度升高两方面的原因导致水导瓦温升高的结论,为水电站同类型水轮发电机组出现导轴承瓦温升高现象时提供分析依据和参考思路.

By analysing the phenomenon of temperature rising in the turbine guide bearings of the units of a hy-dropower project,it was concluded that the temperature rise in the guide bearings was caused by two factors:deformation of the guide bearing support during the replacement of the guide bearing cooler,which led to a re-duction in the clearance of some guide bearing pads,and an increase in ambient temperature,which provides a-nalysis basis and reference for addressing similar high-temperature issues in guide bearings of the units of a hy-dropower project.
